Living a Healthy Lifestyle with Great Technology

Not long ago I mentioned listening to "Energising Music" as a way to get "Energetic". MP3 Players are a Great Technology to listen to Energising Music.

'It's also an ideal 'Tool' you can easily take
with you if you are on your 'Excersising Mission''.
Or during your ZUMBA Work-Out! It's a great answer
to your question how to maintain a healthy
lifestyle and enjoy excersising at the same time.

Personally I am very happy with my little MP3 Player it's exiting that such magnificent technology exists! (BTW you can also usually use your MP3 Player as an USB-stick to keep your computer files on if you like).

Because on this Blog I frequently write about Inspiring Music and Artists, (as you can see at: HP's Happy MUSIC Blogspot) on that Blogspot I noticed that some of the 'content sensitive' ads frequently showed a lot of different MP3 Players So I thought that it might not be a bad idea to put up a few of those players with this post so I even created a special Carousel Banner for you at the bottom of this post.

You are also welcome to leave a comment with titles of your most 'Energising' Music.

P.S. it goes without saying that you can also use an MP3 Player very well for Relaxing with relaxing music or even with guided meditation.

    As you may have seen in my rant about the Jogging (on Gran Canaria) Video, you can read about Early Morning Jogging and the upcomming Sun, and about how you can see the Sun Sparkle in the water in both the Video and on my tiny little eBook 'Book Cover Photo'

'It can be a challenge to continue to excersise
and build momentum, sometimes you can use
a little Inspiration'

So you might like to have a look at the little 'Rapportage' I made, because some time ago arround Easter I have been on Gran Canaria, where I made a 'Visual Rapportage' about 'Jogging on the Beach' with stunning photo's of the upcomming sun that can inspire. (Sorry for the slightly weird and mysterious selfmade music :))

 The Video is an Impression of 'Early Bird' Morning Jogging, with impressive mysterious - somewhat weird - selfmade Music (sorry for that, I was just experimenting one day with making electronic music and mixing sound effects, so it even has some 'Early Bird' Sound Effects in it.)
