Spirituality, Awareness and Upleveling

I have a constant FLOW of Info, from all kinds of Sources.

From one of those sources, I encountered a new word:
the word - UPLEVEL -
To get a better understanding of what that means,
I looked it up,

To UPLEVEL,

"To make Progress or Improve
in a Specific Area of one's life".

Besides that I discovered a Spiritual Video, that tells about how

you can get used to Upleveling: 

I myself experienced a certain kind of  Upleveling or Progress
in Making Music:
I never expected it                                                                                                                but now I occasionally Perform for Audiences !

As a teenager I learned to play the Guitar.
I felt that I had some talent for making music, but somehow
I ran to a brick wall that I couldn't get over:

I had not enough strengh to put the whole finger
over all strings to make it sound good.                                                              The Bar-Chords didn't go well.

        Because of that I just thought

        that getting really good at it wouldn't be within my reach.
        I created for myself a mental image of not being very good at it.

       
       I allways continued to play Music now and then:
       Guitar, Piano and Mouthorgan.

I even worked at one of the Major Entertainment Companies for a while.

       and I also joined a Music Group
       We're making Music together and give each other feedback and inspiration.
       Playing goes much better now!
       
     
                    It now made me realize that my hands simply were not big enough,                                                       when I was a teenager.

   
      Obviously I have Grown and Upleveled !



     I don't always get so spiritual with things.
     On tv I just saw a Musical Actor telling about Spirituality & Awareness.
     People are becoming more interested in these topics.
   
     Recently I wrote about Forrest Bathing.

     Because the Post made it into the Most Popular posts list,
     I thought that I could also write a blog post about Upleveling.
   
     To interest and
     inspire  - YOU - ! ! !
