We Discovered a New Place to Relax in Nature.






Hello Today, Healthy Lifestyle Lover....., 

In one of our previous blog posts titled: 


Relax in Nature Shinrin-Yoku Go FORREST BATHING ! 

I also wrote about Relaxing in Nature writing you about 
Forrest Bathing and Relaxing, there I also encounterd 
somebody taking a walk Barefoots. 


When we walk in a Park Nearby we often see Swans as you can see in this post titled: 


during our recent New Place to Relax in Nature we also didn't see Swans, 
however we did see a Harron and a Buzzard!

Relax in Nature Shinrin-Yoku
Go FORREST BATHING !


 




Besides Yoga there are other ways to Relax...…,



Some time ago in edition 6 from the Magazine Seasons in a hurry I skim-read
an Article about Shinrin-Yoku, ('Forrest Bathing') and noticed a photo of the journalist
of the article walking barefoots in the woods.
Since we do sell things like Shoes & Flip Flops, I was wondering
why somebody would choose to walk barefoots?

It made me wonder if our Shoes & Flip Flop Designs perhaps  
wouldn't be attractive enought to wear…? 

For example if our special P A N O R A M I C  - Feeling Part of Nature - Flip Flops we Designed are not Attractive enought for you to wear...? :)

I didn't put much attention to it, until I recently had a walk in de Woods myself, and to my surprise actually saw somebody walking in the woods barefoots myself!

So I read a little more about it, about 
the Positie Effects Forrest Bathing can have on many levels,  
(also see the link in our Tweet)

Obviously I am still not entirely sure about not wearing our
Specially designed Shoes & Flip Flops

However, especially after writing one of my recent blog posts
about Serious Relaxing
With This Great Looking Relaxing CAT PHOTO
the General Philosphy of Forrest Bathing with taking time to relax,
does sound interesting. Something that can complement
My current relax-time with Playing Tennis

In a recent previous blog post I already wrote about:




We humans are strange creatures, alway's in the process of doing and stressing having a hard time to find the time to RELAX, and just BE, (see my post about RELAXING at: Relax)


BTW for some serious relaxing we have lot's of

you RELAX sitting/laying in Comfortable stitting clothing on your Couch ! ! !

'We aren't called human-BE-ings
for nothing!'


Possibly we are misguided by the Media, for example when ever you see a documentary about Lions in the wild you usually see them running arround like crazy to get their prey. Giving the impression that the animal is running arround all day,

'While infact most of the time a Lion hardly does anything else
than lying arround in the sun and digest all day'.


So once in a while a Travel Vacation Like a "LION KING" can be a Good Idea!
